Inspired by recipes from our grandma's kitchen, this collection aims to bring some of our favourite local dishes to life for our BBs. 

Teochew Style Pomfret

We use whole baby pomfret, carefully paired with aromatic shiitake mushrooms, gently freeze-dried to lock in natural umami, freshness, and nutrition. This process preserves the essence of slow-cooked Teochew flavours- clean, savoury, and deeply satisfying, without the heaviness of oils or additives.

Each bite delivers the familiar warmth of a home-cooked meal, reimagined in a light, crisp form that’s convenient, shelf-stable, and full of character.

Ingredients: Baby Pomfret, Shiitake Mushrooms.

Each pack comes in 30g - approx. 3 - 6 baby pomfrets per pack.
